Product and Price Information

All Quakebake Ltd. products are manufactured on equipment used for other processes containing eggs, preserved fruit, nuts and wheat and soya flour.

Prices of goods and delivery displayed on the Quakebake Ltd. website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

Orders

We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of dispatch. This is to ensure there are no last minute hitches to getting your order delivered on time.

No order is accepted by Quakebake Ltd. until the order has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will e-mail you within three working days.

Quakebake Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately at: robert@quakebake.co.nz Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Refunds.

Out of Stock or Substitution

In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. However, if this would prevent us from meeting your required delivery date, we will send suitable substitutes of the same or higher value and contact you afterwards.
