All deliveries (mainland NZ only) are charged at a flat rate of $7.99 (including GST).
Quakebake offers at times a discounted rate for shipping which will be announced via the regular newsletter, so it literally pays to subscribe to the newsletter.
We will deliver the goods to you at the Delivery Address and will make every effort to deliver within 2-5 working days from despatch, depending on your location in New Zealand. However, while we make every effort to deliver within the aforementioned time frames, all dates are estimates only.
Note: We are unable to deliver products outside New Zealand.Overseas customers may register and purchase products for delivery in New Zealand by entering an alternate Shipping (Delivery) Address.
Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Quakebake Ltd. if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier/mail provider to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
You agree that when our courier/mail provider is satisfied that the order has been delivered, delivery of the order has taken place within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Returns or Refunds
If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please email
us at: email@example.com and a representative will assess your request for a credit or refund of the purchase price. Please note that refunds are at the discretion of the company management (usually full refund of purchase price, excluding packaging and delivery cost, if goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 4 days of receipt).
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of defective or damaged goods.
